Kirimochi Paritto Suritto (Rice Cake) - 400g Satoサトウの切り餅

Mochi is made from sweet rice that has been soaked, steamed, and pounded into a thick, chewy paste. It is then allowed to dry until firm enough to slice into the handy block-like pieces .It can be grilled, pan-fried or boiled, and once it is cooked it becomes soft, chewy, and ready to enjoy.
